Game won't launch

Hello,

I am having issues launching the game on Steam. As soon as I click "Play", it brings me to a screen that says "preparing to launch Dandelion - wishes brought to you...", and then never launches. I am been on this screen for over a half hour. I tried to reinstall the game, and that did not work. And I am also the administrator on my computer.

Have you tried this to ensure that the game had been installed?

Can you also check the file contents of the game to see if it is there? It could be a permission issue with the install.
